Moving In
We have two process for tenants moving in, one is for tenants in reciept, or intending to pay rent using housing benefits, and the other is for working people.
Tenants not claiming housing benefit
All rents in our premium properties include the following bills, gas, electric, water, council tax, and broadband.
- Contact Us to request a viewing in one of our premium newly decorated homes
- Complete a tenancy application form
- Pay a deposit of one months rent plus one month in advance
- Move in the same or next day
- Once checks have been completed you will be issued with a full tenancy agreement
Claiming Housing Benefits
Tenants claiming housing benefits will need to go through the following steps in order to rent a room.
- Contact Us to Request a viewing
- Complete the preliminary application form
- Pay the administrator fee of £50
- Move in the same or next day
- Complete and submit housing benefits application form along with required supporting documents
- Once checks have been completed you will be issued with a full tenancy agreement
Tenants claiming housing benefit will need to bring bedding, are responsible for their own cutlary and should have a keep around £20 spare in for metered services such as gas and electric.
